Refunds

Tickets and add-ons are non-refundable, unless we cancel the event. If we do, you get a full refund automatically, no need to ask.

We can't offer refunds or exchanges for any other reason. That includes if you just can't make it.

Your data

We use the name, email and payment details you give us at checkout to process your order, issue your ticket, and send you booking updates. See our full Privacy policy for what we collect, why, and who it's shared with.
