About the festival
How long does it run?
From thursday afternoon until sunday night. Music begins 5pm thursday and runs until 11pm sunday.
What kind of music?
Drum & bass and other electronic music. Multi genre mix.
Tickets & booking
How do I get a ticket?
Head to the tickets page.
Can I get a refund?
Not unless we cancel the event. If we do, you will get an automatic refund. See our Terms & refund policy.
I haven't received my confirmation email, what do I do?
Check your spam folder. If there's still nothing, email steve@beyondmars.co.uk with the name and email you booked under and we'll sort it.
On-site & camping
Is camping included?
Yes, it's part of your ticket.
I don't like camping, can I still come?
Camping is not required for you to attend the festival. You can choose to accommodate yourself locally and arrange your own transport to and from the site for each day.
What should I bring?
Full kit list closer to the event. For now: come ready for UK weather.
Is there food and drink on-site?
Yes, bar and food traders on-site all weekend. More details nearer the time.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Limited amounts of beer, cider or wine. No spirits, no glass.
Can I bring my dog?
No dogs on-site.
Are kids welcome?
No, it's an adults-only event.
Are campervans or caravans welcome?
No, we don't have space for them on-site.
Getting there
Where exactly is the site?
South Gloucestershire. The exact address goes to ticket holders closer to the event. See Travel & accommodation.
Can I drive and park on-site?
Yes, with a parking pass. It's a separate add-on at checkout, not included with your ticket automatically.
What's the nearest town?
Swindon, around a 20 minute taxi from site.
Is there a shuttle bus?
Yes, from London and Bristol. Tickets for that go on sale closer to the event.
Accessibility
I have a disability or access requirement, what should I do?
We're small and independent and don't have formal accessibility infrastructure, but we handle things case by case. Email steve@beyondmars.co.uk before you book with "Access requirements" in the subject, and tell us what would help.
