Who we are
BM Prod Ltd runs Beyond Mars. Registered in England & Wales, company number 17417456. Questions about this policy or your data: steve@beyondmars.co.uk.
What we collect
Buy a ticket or add-on and we collect the name and email you give us at checkout. Stripe takes and processes your payment details directly; we never see or store your card. Join our waiting list and we collect the email (and name, if you give it) you sign up with.
Why we collect it
- To process your order and issue your ticket
- To send you booking confirmations and updates about an event you've booked
- To let you know when tickets go on sale, if you're on the waiting list
- To meet our own tax and accounting obligations
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's listed here.
Who has access to it
A few service providers process your data on our behalf, only to run the ticketing service and the festival:
- Stripe processes payments and handles your card details directly. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Azure hosts our website, stores order and ticket data, and sends our booking confirmation emails.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how people use this website (page views, purchases). It uses cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
Nobody else gets your data.
Photography & filming
We take photos and video at our events for promotional use on our website and social media. Don't want to be photographed? Tell the photographer at the time. Want a photo or video of you taken down? Email us with as much detail as you can (where you saw it, when it was posted) and we'll remove it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can:
- Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Ask us to delete your data, except where we're legally required to keep it (tax records, for example)
- Unsubscribe from waiting list emails any time, via the link in the email or by contacting us
Email steve@beyondmars.co.uk to use any of these rights. We'll reply within 30 days, and might ask you to verify who you are first.

If we make a significant change, we'll update this page and email you directly if it affects you.
